GIS Training

ArcGIS Training for Natural Resource and Field Conservation Professionals – 3 Days
We provide an opportunity to learn GIS in a professional setting to enhance your resume with current ArcGIS software skills, knowledge of data formats & management tasks, and techniques for GIS analysis.

A unique training experience. The training course, originally written by Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), the course materials were donated to The GIS Institute by Jack Dangermond, President of ESRI, for a specific two-fold purpose; 1) to make professional GIS training available to natural resource and conservation practitioners, and 2) to help generate revenue for The GIS Institute, in our efforts to make geotechnology available to conservation and humanitarian groups world wide. The course is a modified presentation of the ESRI courses ArcGIS Desktop II, III, and Spatial Analyst, with conservation-related exercises and examples. Detailed course description
